6 weeks 3 days

today i am 6 weeks 3 days.

since finding out, thoughts of being pregnant come across my mind about every minute or so. the day we found out, officially, mr. h3b suggested going to pick out some books at the library and to buy what to expect what you're expecting. he's so smart. although, i read WTEWYE when i was 14. so, i've been reading up on symptoms for me and what the baby is doing right now and he joins in to learn about the milestones.

things to note at 6 weeks:

i am hungry.all.of.the.time. last night when mr. h3b picked me up from work i barely made it in the car before requesting a quick trip to the drive-thru for 2 small cheeseburgers. no fries, no soda. i don't eat fast food all that much, but deny me cheeseburgers and hear me roar.

i am tired. i go to bed between 9 and 10:15 pm..about 2 hours earlier than 2 weeks ago. i hit a wall everyday at 1:45 in the afternoon and if i were home, i'd gladly take an afternoon nap.

while i'm not officially battling extreme bloat, i can't suck in the little pudge i used to be able to. there's bloat there, i know, so i'm rockin' a hair-tied button on my jeans for comfort today.

exercise is harder. last night i got in 4.75 miles of running, walking, and stair climbing at the track. it's great, but i can't get through two laps without feeling exhausted. my energy has been zapped. i also spotted someone eating a sandwich on the bleachers and wondered to myself if he'd let me have a bite.

but i don't care about these things. i'm so excited about the little clump of cells, i welcome sleepy, chubby, morning sickness filled days.

bring it on, baby.

Once the hair binder fails to do the trick, BellaBands are a good way to go.

i've been wearing a be band from target for a while because the hair band was not a reliable method much after this post.
